You can sync it across all of your devices and connect it with other productivity tools like Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, and much more.
2. Take notes with Notion
Notion is another great note taking and storage app. You can also use it to make simple checklists or detailed project boards to turn tasks into action.
You can also connect Notion to other tools you use with over 80 integrations available, including Google Workspace, Canva, Pinterest, Slack and Zoom.
3. Get scheduling with Taskade
Taskade offers an AI daily schedule generator that helps you to get organised and optimise your day to be more productive. It’s almost like having your own (digital) personal assistant.
4. Manage your tasks with Todoist
Todoist is a task manager and to-do list app. It makes capturing and organising tasks easy, with handy reminders to keep you on track with deadlines.
80+ integrations (including Evernote, Gmail, Google Calendar) allow you to turn just about anything into a task that you can follow up on later.
5. Make lists with Any.do
Any.do is a powerful list making app that makes prioritising tasks for online learning easy. You can even sort your lists according to category, time, date, and place. The daily planner is also an amazing resource for learners who need help with time management.
You can sync Any.do across all of your devices and connect it with other productivity tools Gmail, Google Calendar, Todoist, and even WhatsApp.
6. Get focused with Pomofocus
Pomofocus is a customisable pomodoro timer. Inspired by the Pomodoro Technique, the app helps you focus by using a timer to break down work into intervals (typically 25 minutes) separated by short breaks. Each interval is known as a pomodoro.
The timer is free and can be used on either a desktop or mobile browser.
7. Create a content library with Pocket
The Pocket app lets you collect articles, videos and links all in one place. When you’re ready to take a look through your saved content, Pocket provides a quiet platform perfect for reading without the usual distractions of pop-ups and flashing banners.
8. Stay focused with Forest
The Forest app helps you to stay focused by incentivising time spent away from your phone. When you need to focus, you plant a seed that will gradually grow into a tree the longer you're able to maintain your focus.
The sense of achievement you’ll feel when you’ve built a thriving forest will motivate you even more to get your work done.
The app also comes with multiple focus modes that help you practise different skills, like habit tracking and time management.
9. Get designing with Canva
Canva is an online graphic design tool that can be used to create social media posts, presentations, posters, videos, logos and much more. The drag-and-drop features mean that you don’t need any design experience to use it.
10. Create videos with Vimeo
Vimeo is an online video editor that you can use to create and edit amazing videos. There are tons of features you can use — like adding text, soundtracks, effects and more.
